Continue pressing to fast forward or fast reverse. PROGRESSIVE (NTSC only) Switches DVD playback between progressive and interlace outputs. (See page 79.) f Opens and closes the disc tray. STANDBY/ON Switches the unit between ON and STANDBY. No audio will be heard for a few seconds after power is switched on.
