FREEZE The FREEZE program allows sampling (digital recording) and playback of sounds received at the SPX900's inputs. The FREEZE program allows sampling for a maximum of 1.35 seconds. PARAMETERS ACCESSED BY THE PARAM KEY Record Mode (REC. MODE): MANUAL, AUTO Determines how sampling is to be triggered. If MANUAL is selected, sampling is initiated either by pressing the parameter key, the TRIGGER key, or a footswitch connected to the rear-panel TRIGGER jack. If AUTO is selected, sampling is automatically triggered by any input signal of sufficient level. Trigger.Delay (TRG. DLY): -1350 - +1000 milliseconds This parameter sets a delay between triggering and actual initiation of the sampling process. If a negative value is specified, input signals are temporarily stored and the sound is sampled from the specified time before the trigger occurs. TRG DLY=O TRG DLY < 0 Trigger becomes effective here. ..."`Trigger becomes effective here. This section is omitted. TRG DLY

FREEZE
The
FREEZE
program
allows
sampling
(digital
recording)
and
playback
of
sounds
received
at
the
SPX900's
inputs.
The
FREEZE
program
allows
sampling
for
a
maximum
of
1.35
seconds.

between
triggering
and
actual
initiation
of
the
sampling
process.
If
a
negative
value
is
specified,
input

Record
Ready
(RECORD):
The

begin.
With
the

and
display
will
change
to

Sampling
can
now
be

using
either
the

described
above.
The
display
changes
to
"

while
sampling
is
in
progress,
and
then
to
"OK"
when
sampling
is
complete.
Any
previous
data
in
the
freeze
memory
is
erased
when
the
RECORD
function
is
executed.
The
sampled

can
now
he
played
back
by
pressing
the
TRIGGER
key
or
a
footswitch
connected
to
the
