Rx B/s This field displays the number of bytes received in the last second. Up Time This field displays the elapsed time this port has been up. LAN Port Statistics Interface This field displays the type of port. Status This field displays Down (line is down), Up (line is up or connected) if you're using Ethernet encapsulation and Down (line is down), Up (line is up or connected), Idle (line (ppp) idle), Dial (starting to trigger a call) and Drop (dropping a call) if you're using PPPoE encapsulation. TxPkts This field displays the number of packets transmitted on this port. RxPkts This field displays the number of packets received on this port. Collisions This is the number of collisions on this port. Help Click this to open the embedded help. Poll Interval(s) Type the time interval for the browser to refresh system statistics. Set Interval Click this button to apply the new poll interval you entered in the Poll Interval field above. Stop Click this button to halt the refreshing of the system statistics. 2.5 Resetting the ZyXEL Device If you forget your password or cannot access the web configurator, you will need to use the RESET button at the back of the ZyXEL Device to reload the factory-default configuration file. This means that you will lose all configurations that you had previously and the password will be reset to "1234". 2.5.1 Using the Reset Button 1 Make sure the POWER LED is on (not blinking). 2 Press the RESET button for ten seconds or until the POWER LED begins to blink and then release it. When the POWER LED begins to blink, the defaults have been restored and the ZyXEL Device restarts. P-791R v2 User's Guide 45
