Service Station Procedures Oil Check 4 cylinder models DIPSTICK 6 cylinder models DIPSTICK 6 cylinder models 3. Lift the hood up most of the way. The hydraulic supports will lift it up the rest of the way and hold it up. To close the hood, lower it and press down firmly with your hands.
