If the motor cannot retract the seat belt when the seat belt is fastened or unfastened, it may indicate the pre-crash seat belt system has a malfunction. Have your INFINITI dealer check and repair the system. When the seat belt is retracted repeatedly in a short period of time, the motor may not be able to retract the seat belt.
