In the Package area, choose from the following options: Note: PENS allows for streamlined coordination between Adobe Captivate and eLearning publishing and management systems. PENS allows you to automate the notification, transfer, and delivery of content packages between Adobe Captivate and LMS systems. • Source URL Enter the location where the learning content package is stored. • User ID and Password Enter a required user ID and password. • URL expiry Enter the expiration date and time for the learning content package. Default date and time is 24 hours from the time that you set PENS data. 7 In LMS, choose from the following options: The options on this tab apply to the learning management system that publishes, manages, and/or distributes the quiz results. • Target URL Enter the location of the publishing/management server. • User ID and Password Enter a required user ID and password. • Send using Select the method (HTTP-GET or HTTP- POST) you want the LMS server to use for transmitting the learning content package. • Command Select the Collect action you want the LMS server to perform. The available options are Collect, Delete, and Revise. • Receipt E-mail Enter the e-mail address to which quiz results should be sent. • Receipt URL Enter the URL (http://, ftp:// etc.) to which quiz results should be sent. • Receive alerts while LMS is processing the package Select this option if you want to be informed while the package is being processed. • Preview Click this button to see a summary of the PENS information. 8 When you are finished making changes to quizzes and questions, click OK.
