Display troubleshooting My device screen turns off When you do not use your BlackBerry® device for a period of time, the screen turns off to conserve battery power. To turn on the screen, click the trackball or press a key. If you switched wireless networks manually, your device remains connected to that wireless network until you select your wireless service provider's network again. Security troubleshooting I cannot download a certificate If you changed the connection type that your BlackBerry® device uses to connect to the LDAP certificate server, try switching to the default connection type.
