External Connections Video Signal Output Standards The standard of the video signal output from the HD/SD SDI ( only), COMPONENT OUT and HDV/DV terminals depends on the standard used for recording (or the standard of the recording on the tape being played back) and on various menu settings. Video output from the VIDEO OUT or IN/OUT (S-Video) terminal will always be in 480/60i standard.
