Shooting - Advanced Functions z Higher ISO speeds increase the image noise. To take clean images, use as low an ISO speed as possible. z The AUTO setting selects the optimal speed. It will automatically raise the speed when the light from the flash is insufficient to illuminate the subject matter. You can easily shoot images in dark places such as indoor settings by using the (Indoor (p. 48)) option of the mode. 80 Changing the Photo Effect Shooting Mode You can shoot with different saturation and contrast color effects. Effect Off Records normally with this setting. Vivid Emphasizes the contrast and color saturation to record in bold color. Neutral Tones down the contrast and color saturation to record neutral hues. Low Records subjects with Sharpening softened outlines. Sepia Records in sepia tones.
