Activity report Summarizes the information for the sending and receiving activities of your fax after 20 transactions. For automatic printing, see ACTIVITY REPORT, p. 8-3. Transactions in an activity report are listed chronologically. One-touch speed dialing list Lists the numbers and names registered under one-touch speed dialing buttons. Coded speed dialing list Lists the numbers and names registered under coded speed dialing codes. User data list Lists the current settings of the fax and the registered sender information. List of documents in memory Lists the documents currently stored in the fax's memory (see p. 5-14). TX (Transmission) report Normally the fax does not print an activity report for transmitting, but you can set the fax to print an activity report every time you send a document. See TX REPORT, p. 8-3. You can set the fax to print an activity report only when an error occurs during transmitting. See TX REPORT, p. 8-3. RX (Reception) report Normally the fax does not print an activity report for receiving, but you can set the fax to print an activity report every time you receive a document. See RX REPORT, p. 8-3. You can set the fax to print an activity report only when an error occurs during receiving. See RX REPORT, p. 8-3. Multi TX/RX (Transaction) report Lists the result of a sequential broadcasting. If you set the fax to print a TX REPORT and then use sequential broadcasting, a MULTI TX/RX REPORT will be printed instead of a TX (Transmission) REPORT. See TX REPORT, p. 8-3. A memory clear report is printed automatically when power is restored after a power failure. See Memory clear report, p. 9-18. 8-8
