Executing Special Functions I Printing Documents Enlarged/Reduced The scaled printing feature of the printer driver allows you to set a scaling value so you can print an enlarged or reduced page on a paper size that is larger or smaller than the page size of the original file in the application program. Setting the scaling value Set a value between 25% and 400% as the enlargement/reduction scale in the Page Setup dialog box. 1 Open the Page Setup dialog box. Normally, select Page Setup from the File menu. 2 Set Paper Size, as necessary. 3 Set the desired enlargement or reduction ratio in Scale. The scaled printing feature of the printer driver allows you to set a scaling value so you can
print an enlarged or reduced page on a paper size that is larger or smaller than the page

Setting the scaling value
Set a value between 25% and 400% as the enlargement/reduction scale in the Page Setup
dialog box.
Open the Page Setup dialog box.
Normally, select Page Setup from the File menu.
Set Paper Size, as necessary.
Set the desired enlargement or reduction ratio in Scale.
Enter the value of the enlargement or reduction ratio; or you can click the
drop-down box in Scale.
