Printer Maintenance Pause Between Pages Inserts a pause after completing high-density printing of a page. Select this item, by setting it to On, if you find that print quality is being affected by the next page being fed before the ink on the previous page has completely dried. Pause Between Scanning Inserts a pause between passes of the print head. Select this item, by setting it to On, if you find that the printed pages are not drying well. 4 When a confirmation message appears, click the OK button. This completes changing the printer's mode. Changing the driver-supported resolution The driver-supported resolution is usually set to Standard. Try changing this setting. 1 Select Chooser from the Apple menu. 2 Click the S450 icon.
