Printout Is Unsatisfactory I Meaningless characters or symbols printed The document is displayed correctly on the screen but meaningless text and symbols are printed. Check 1 ARE YOU USING THE CORRECT PRINTER DRIVER? Windows Meaningless characters and symbols may print if you have selected the wrong printer driver for the print job. Start the print procedure again and make sure that Canon S450 is displayed in the Name entry box of the Print dialog box. If another driver is selected, click the down-arrow and select Canon S450 from the pull-down list. Note Check 2 If you use only the Canon S450 printer, select the Canon S450 as the default printer. Click Start, Settings, and then Printers. Highlight the S450 icon and right-click. Click "Set as default"; make sure a checkmark appears next to "Set as default". ARE THE PRINTER AND COMPUTER SECURELY CONNECTED? Check the printer cable connections at the printer and computer.
