Chapter 8 Job Registration Tool Settings Job title Enter the job title to be displayed in the Job Button Settings list. ☞ Job titles may consist of up to 29 alphanumeric characters. Select this box to save scanned images. [Save to Pictures folder] Check Box Saves image files to Pictures in the Documents folder. ☞ When this check box is not selected, the [Save in folder] and [Access setting] buttons are enabled. 8-5

Job title
Enter the job title to be displayed in the Job Button Settings list.

Function
Select the function to register to this job.

When the “Save as file,” “Print” or “Attach to E-mail” function is selected, Scanner settings are
enabled, and you can press the [Setting] button to make scanner settings.

Settings to Save Image Files (Functions: Save as file and Attach to E-mail)
[Save Image] Check Box
This check box appears when [Attach to E-mail] is selected as the [Function]. Select this box to save
scanned images.
[Save to Pictures folder] Check Box
Saves image files to Pictures in the Documents folder.
