If the same sensor is triggering the alarm and the first and the third triggers are within 60 minutes of each other, FACT II will interpret this pattern of triggers as false alarms. After the third trigger, FACT II ignores, or bypasses, that sensor (along with any other sensors sharing the same zone) for 60 minutes. If the bypassed sensor tries to trigger the system while it is being bypassed, the 60-minute bypass period will start over.
