Drives Inserting a Diskette To insert a diskette into a diskette drive, gently push the diskette, label side up, into the drive until it clicks into place. The media eject button pops out to show that the diskette has been inserted correctly. Removing a Diskette To remove a diskette from a diskette drive: 1. Press the eject button on the drive to eject the diskette. 2. Remove the diskette from the drive. Displaying Optical Disc Contents When an optical disc is inserted into a drive, the contents of the disc display on the screen when Autorun is enabled. Inserting a Diskette
To insert a diskette into a diskette drive, gently push the diskette,
label side up, into the drive until it clicks into place.
The media eject button pops out to show that the diskette has been
inserted correctly.
Removing a Diskette
To remove a diskette from a diskette drive:
1. Press the eject button on the drive to eject the diskette.
2. Remove the diskette from the drive.
Displaying Optical Disc Contents
When an optical disc is inserted into a drive, the contents of the
disc display on the screen when Autorun is enabled.
To display the contents of a disc when Autorun is not enabled:
1. Click Start > Run, then type:
