caused
byafailure
under
warranty
ofanywarranted
part.
(8)Throughout
theengine's
warranty
period
defined
inSubsection
(a)(2),
MTDwillmaintain
asupply
ofwarranted
partsufficient
tomeet
the
expected
demand
forsuchparts.
(9)Anyreplacement
part
maybeused
intheperformance
ofanywarranty
maintenance
orrepairs
andmust
beprovided
without
charge
tothe
owner.
Suchusewillnotreduce
thewarranty
obligations
ofMTD.
(10)
Add-on
ormodified
parts
that
arenotexempted
bytheAirResources
Board
maynot
beused.
Theuseofanynon-exempted
add-on
or
modified
partshall
begrounds
fordisallowing
awarranty
claimmade
inaccordance
with
thisarticle.
Theengine
manufacturer
shall
notbe
liableunder
thisarticle
towarrant
failures
ofwarranted
partscaused
