CAUTION: To avoid data loss, do not remove the hard drive while the computer is in sleep or on state. Prerequisites 1 Remove the battery. 2 Remove the base cover. Procedure 1 Lift the latch and using the pull tab disconnect the hard-drive cable from the system board. 2 Remove the four screws (M2.5x8) that secure the hard-drive assembly to the computer base. 29
