To view support documents for your notebook, type your serial number in the Serial Number box, then click Submit. Click the arrow button to open the Select Your Computer Product box, then click Notebook Computers to access product documentation, specifications, and guides for all Gateway notebooks. Product Support Click Product Support to view a list of all the products that Gateway supports. Downloads Click Downloads to get the latest software updates for BIOS and driver upgrades. By entering your serial number you get drivers specific to your notebook. Click Browse All Downloads to walk through a step-by-step wizard to locate your drivers. Customer Service Click Customer Service to view information about your account and general information about warranties and special offers. Upgrade Center Click Upgrade Center to view and purchase upgrades for your notebook. Resources Click Resources to access utilities to help you manage your notebook.
