16 Quick Start Guide 10. Making Your First Call 1. On the Home screen, tap Phone. 2. Tap the keys on the keypad to enter the phone number. Tip If you tapped a wrong number, tap to erase each subsequent digit of a number. To erase the entire number, press and hold . 3. Tap Talk to place the call. Tip When in a call, use the VOLUME UP/DOWN buttons on the side of the phone to adjust the phone volume. 4. When a call is in progress, tap End Call or press END to hang up. To reject a call Press the END button, or fully slide the center button of the Answer/Ignore bar to the right. To mute the ring without rejecting the call Tap Mute Ring or press the VOLUME DOWN button. To reject the call and automatically send a preset text message to the caller When you receive a phone call, tap Send Text to reject the call and automatically send a preset text message to the caller.

On the Home screen, tap

Tip
