Column I/O Error Count State Description The number of errors on the connected disk. The state of the disk. See "System and Component Status Icons" (page 409). Settings Information The SAS settings screen is divided into a list pane and a detail pane. The list pane displays a summary of all SASs in the system. The detail pane displays detailed information about a single SAS selected from the list pane. The list pane provides the following information: Column Position Connection Mode Connection Type Configured Rate Max Rate Interrupt Coalesce Description The position of the port (in node:slot:port format) in which the SAS is installed. The type of port connection. The connection type or port connection setting (Loop, Point, or Loop-point). The duplex speed, Half or Full. Maximum rate of connection from the port. If disabled, each I/O generates a separate interrupt to the HBA port driver rather than generating one interrupt for multiple I/O completion. The detail pane provides the same information as the detail pane for "Summary Information" (page 50). Viewing System Port Alerts To view port alerts: 1. Access the Ports screen. 2. In the Management Window, click the Alerts tab. The Alerts tab is divided into a list pane and a detail pane. The list pane displays a summary of all port alerts.
