Verifying IGMP Snooping Configuration Chapter 14 Configuring IGMP Snooping Send feedback to [email protected] You can disable IGMP snooping either globally or for a specific VLAN. To disable IGMP snooping globally, perform this task: Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Command Purpose switch# configure terminal Enters configuration mode. switch(config)# no ip igmp snooping Globally disables IGMP snooping. The default is enabled. Note If the global setting is disabled, then all VLANs are treated as disabled, whether they are enabled or not. switch(config)# vlan vlan-id Enters VLAN configuration mode. switch(config-vlan)# no ip igmp snooping Disables IGMP snooping for the current VLAN. The default is enabled. Verifying IGMP Snooping Configuration

You can disable IGMP snooping either globally or for a specific VLAN. To disable IGMP snooping

globally, perform this task:
