Check Printhead Health Gauge Status from the UI. 2. Run Printhead recovery routine on page 88. 3. If plot is unchanged, the material is likely permanently stuck inside the nozzles. Printer has built in robustness to combat this defect and it should not affect part quality. 4. If 3D part quality is unaffected, then the printhead is OK and does not need to be changed. Printhead crashing into material. 2. Particles on the die bridges 2 agent slots, allowing agent to transfer back and forth between slots. 3. Material buildup inside the cap touching the printhead. 4. Extended idle times. Recommended actions 1. Clean the cap thoroughly. 2. Run the Printhead recovery routine on page 88 to clear the agent mixing. 3. If the agent mixing returns repeatedly at the exact same location, then call HP support and describe repeated mixing. Random white lines 85
