The top row indicates when a GBIC is installed correctly in the receptacle. When a GBIC is installed correctly, the LED for that port is lit. Figure A-4. GBIC installed LEDs The bottom row of LEDs indicates when a specific port of the Storage Hub 7 is in bypass mode. When a GBIC is installed correctly and the port is not in the bypass mode (normal), the LED is not lit.
