Replacing the Fan Module The three fans in the fan module operate in parallel. If one fan fails, the other two will continue to operate. However, it is important to replace the fan module immediately. Replace the fan module at least once every three years. You will need the following tools: • Standard Phillips screwdriver • Fan module (A3724-60002) WARNING The power cord is the main disconnect for this product. To protect against hazard, always unplug the AC power cord before removing the fan module. 1. Relocate or power off devices connected to the hub as needed to prepare for powering off the hub. 2. Unplug the power cord from the hub. 3. Using a standard Phillips screwdriver, remove the four screws that secure the fan module.
