Troubleshooting Fan Problems Fan Problems A chassis code which indicates that a fan has failed (FLT D01n) or is running too slowly (WRN D02n) within a J5xxx or J7xxx workstation speciﬁes the fan number, n. Table 3-2 maps these fan numbers to the physical locations of the fans within each workstation. Table 3-2.
