APPENDIX B: DIAGNOSTICS B.1 JOYSTICK AUTO CALIBRATION Pressing and holding the 'lock' key and pressing 'F1' ('▲') will calibrate the joystick centre position. It is important that the joystick is at its centre position when this is performed. B.2 KEY TEST Pressing and holding the 'lock' key and entering 2323 on the numeric keypad will put the keyboard into key test mode. Press each key in sequence from top left to bottom right. A short audible beep will be heard each time a key is pressed and again when released. A long error beep will be given if any key is pressed out of sequence.
