MAINTENANCE Troubleshooting schedule Keypad Possible fault codes on the chain saw keypad. Keypad Warning indicator flashing. Green activate LED flashing. Warning indicator lit. Possible faults Chain brake engaged. Temperature deviation. Overload. Cutting attachment jammed. The power trigger and the activate button are pressed at the same time. Low battery voltage. Service Possible action Pull back the front hand guard to release the chain brake. Allow the machine to cool down. The cutting attachment is jammed. Release the cutting attachment. Release the power trigger and the machine is active. Charge the battery. Contact your service agent. Battery Troubleshooting the battery and/or the battery charger during charging. LED display Warning indicator flashing. Warning indicator lit. Possible faults Temperature deviation. Over voltage. Under voltage Cell difference too much (1V). Possible action Use the battery in surroundings where temperatures are between -10 °C (14 °F) and 40 °C (104 °F). Check that the mains voltage corresponds with that stated on the rating plate on the machine. Remove the battery from the battery charger. Charge the battery. Contact your service agent. Battery charger LED display Error LED flashing Red LED on Possible faults Temperature deviation. Cell difference too much (1V). Possible action Use the battery charger only when the surrounding temperature is between 5 °C (41 °F) and 40 °C (104 °F). Contact your service agent. 30 - English
