Security Freeze Lock Command (F5h) The Security Freeze Lock Command allows the device to enter frozen mode immediately. After this command is completed, the command which updates Security Mode Feature (Device Lock Function) is rejected. Frozen mode is quit only by Power off or Hard Reset.
