Troubleshooting Problem Camera cannot connect to the expected EasyShare software Cause and/or solution ■ Authentication in EasyShare software is needed the first time connecting. Click the Help button in the Kodak EasyShare software for details. ■ The Enable Wireless Connection option in EasyShare software is not checked. Click the Help button in the Kodak EasyShare software for details. ■ EasyShare software is not running. Open EasyShare software. Once open, you may close the active session, however make sure the Kodak logo appears in your system tray. ■ EasyShare software is not installed. Load the EasyShare software CD that came with the camera or download from the Web (www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw). ■ The camera is connected to the wrong wireless router using the same setting. ■ The EasyShare software is an older version that doesn't support wireless service. Load the software CD that came with the camera, or download the latest software from the Web (www.kodak.com/go/easysharesw). ■ The computer is on a different network.
