Reception 3 Printing by reducing to fit the paper When the received document is longer than regular size, an appropriate paper size is determined from the width and length of the received document and it is printed on a paper of that size. When the most appropriate paper size is not loaded in the paper tray, the document is reduced and printed on a paper of the nearest size.
