Before use 1 1.7 Convenient function settings By registering destinations that you fax often in the Address Book or Group destinations, and registering Program destinations for fax transmission settings that are used often, the registered details can be recalled by simply touching the registered button. Address Book By registering destinations that you fax often in the Address Book, you can recall destinations by simply touching the registered button. Group designation When sending the same fax to multiple destinations, by grouping together and registering destinations registered in the Address Book, multiple destinations can be recalled by simply touching the group destinations button. Program destination If destinations to which faxes are sent often or communication functions that are used often are registered in program destination, the registration details can be called by just touching the program button. ! Detail For the method of registering the Address Book, refer to "Registering the Address Book" on page 8-4. For the method of registering Group destinations, refer to "Registering Group destinations" on page 8-18.
