Wireless network connection - SuperSign manager and Supersign player supports both wired and wireless network connections. - SuperSign player may not work properly when both the wireless and wired network devices are used simultaneously. - When connecting to SuperSign manager using the wireless network, unplug the LAN cable. When connecting to the SuperSign manager using the wired network, do not connect the wireless network device. - When using wired/wireless hub, check whether the SuperSign manager and SuperSign player are in the same network. If they are connected to different networks, the player cannot be searched through the scan function. If the SuperSign manager is behind the router or firewall, it may not be possible to connect to the SuperSign manager. 3. Wireless network connection
- SuperSign manager and Supersign player supports both wired and wireless network connections.
- SuperSign player may not work properly when both the wireless and wired network devices are used
simultaneously.
- When connecting to SuperSign manager using the wireless network, unplug the LAN cable.
When connecting to the SuperSign manager using the wired network, do not connect the wireless
network device.
- When using wired/wireless hub, check whether the SuperSign manager and SuperSign player are in
the same network. If they are connected to different networks, the player cannot be searched through
the scan function. If the SuperSign manager is behind the router or firewall, it may not be possible to
connect to the SuperSign manager.
