Removing and installing the front bezel

3. Disconnect the cables attached to the computer. This includes power cords, input/output (I/O) cables, and any other cables that are connected to the computer. 4. Remove any locking devices, such as a cable lock that secures the computer cover. 5. If there are thumbscrews securing the cover, remove them. 6. Press the cover-release button on the side of the computer cover and slide the computer cover to the rear to remove. Removing and installing the front bezel This section provides instructions on how to remove and install the front bezel. To remove and install the front bezel: 1. Remove the computer cover. See "Removing the computer cover" on page 69. 2. Release the three plastic tabs on the left side of the front bezel and pivot the bezel outward.
