Warranty Information This Appendix provides information regarding the warranty period and type of warranty service applicable to your Lenovo hardware product in your country or region. For the terms and conditions of the Statement of Limited Warranty that applies to your Machine, see Chapter 3, Warranty Information in the Safety and Warranty Guide included with your Machine. Warranty Information Product or Machine Type Country or Region of Purchase Warranty Period Type of Warranty Service India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Notebook: 7756 Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, China (Hong Kong S.A.R.), China (Macau S.A.R.) Parts and Labor 1 year Battery pack - 1 year 1, 4 1, 4 United States of America 1, 3 South Africa 1, 3 or 4 If required, your Service Provider will provide repair or exchange service depending on the type of warranty service specified for your product and the available service. Scheduling of service will depend upon the time of your call, parts availability, and other factors. A warranty period of 3 years on parts and 1 year on labor means that Lenovo provides warranty service without charge for: a. parts and labor during the first year of the warranty period (or a longer period as required by law); and b. parts only, on an exchange basis, in the second and third years of the warranty period.
