Understanding printer messages List of status and error messages Access USB after scan A USB drive was inserted into the printer while the printer was scanning. From the keypad, press 1 to open the drive after scanning, or press 2 to ignore the USB drive. Access USB now A USB drive was inserted into the printer while the printer was setting up a job (copy, fax, e-mail) or while in the menus. From the keypad, press 1 to release job resources and access the USB drive directly, or press 2 to ignore the USB drive and return to the job being set up. Busy Wait for the message to clear.
