Options Diagnostics The Magellan RoadMate comes with built-in system tests and other features to aid in the performance of the unit. If you feel that your unit is not functioning properly, contact our Technical Support Representative before engaging any of the option in the Diagnostics menu. Select Diagnostics. Product Information Product Information displays information about the hardware and software installed in your Magellan RoadMate. This information aids our Technical Support Representative in finding a solution to whatever problem you may have. Video Test Video Test displays random colors to ensure that your display is working properly. Touch Screen Test Touch Screen Test checks that the touch screen is calibrated and accurate. Keypad Test Keypad Test verifies proper operation of the keypad. 100
