Troubleshooting FAQ • You used the new IP address that you configured for the LAN2 port (the default is 10.1.2.108), in the URL field of your web browser. • The appliance has a working connection to your computer, indicated by the NIC 2 network activity LED flashing on the control panel. If the LED is not flashing, ensure that the cable you are using is undamaged and connected properly to the appliance's LAN2 port and your computer's network port.
