Using the oven Turning the oven on and off ^ To turn the oven on or off touch the "On/Off" control. The main menu appears and displays 9 total menu options. ^ Select the desired menu (e.g. Bake) by touching the control next to it. Functions will then appear. ^ Select the desired function (e.g. Convection Bake) by touching the control next to it. Each function has different settings which can be adjusted.
