5 TROUBLESHOOTING This section helps you resolve problems you may encounter while setting up or using your MultiSync MT600 LCD Projector. Status Light Messages Condition OFF On Continually Blinking Slowly (Once a second) Status Normal The projector lamp has exceeded 2000 hours of operation and should be replaced. Check the filter and clean it if necessary. Ensure that the filter panel is installed properly. Wait one minute before using the remote control. Otherwise the lamp may not go on. • Supports most IBM VGA, S-VGA (pseudo), Macintosh or any other RGB signals within a horizontal frequency range or 15 to 40 kHz and a vertical frequency range of 50 to 75 Hz. This includes NTSC, PAL, SECAM, and M-NTSC standard video signals. Note: Composite video standards are as follows: NTSC: U.S. TV standard for video in U.S. and Canada. PAL: TV standard used in western Europe SECAM: TV standard used in France and Eastern Europe M-NTSC: (modified-NTSC)-result of converting a video in the SECAM standard to the NTSC standard 49 • The remote control can be used with or without a cable, and you can even use the remote to operate your PC or Macintosh mouse wirelessly from across the room with the IR receiver module. • You can control your MultiSync MT600 LCD Projector with a PC. • The contemporary cabinet design is compact, easy to carry, and complements any office, board room or auditorium. * Installing the MultiSync MT600 LCD Projector on the ceiling must be done by authorized NEC technicians.
