Focus Auto focus (AF) 4 Focus The camera automatically focuses on the subject. 1 Position the AF target mark on the subject you want to focus on. Press the shutter button halfway. ● The focus is locked and the AF confirmation mark lights up (focus lock). ● A beep sound is output when the subject is in focus. AF frame Shutter button Viewfinder Halfway down 4 AF confirmation mark 2 Press the shutter button all the way (fully). ● A picture is taken. ● The card access lamp blinks while the picture is being stored on the card. All the way down TIPS The AF confirmation mark blinks.
