Auto bracketing 2 Single-frame shooting : Each time the shutter button is pressed fully, a picture is taken at a different exposure. Sequential shooting : Hold down the shutter button until the selected number of frames are taken. The camera shoots each frame at a different exposure. ● BKT blinks on the control panel and viewfinder during auto bracketing. ● The exposure level indicator shows the exposure compensation value applied to the next frame. ● Releasing the shutter button stops auto bracketing shooting. All the way down During auto bracketing Control panel Viewfinder Blinking How AE bracketing compensates exposure in each exposure mode Depending on the selected exposure mode, exposure is compensated in the following way: P mode : Aperture value and shutter speed 5 A mode : Shutter speed S mode : Aperture value M mode : Shutter speed TIPS To apply AE bracketing to the exposure value you have compensated: T Compensate the exposure value, then use the AE bracketing feature. AE bracketing is applied to the exposure value you have compensated. Auto bracketing compensation range If the selected range is beyond the scale of the exposure level indicator, only the part within the scale is displayed.
