Overseas Mode Makes temporary changes to the fax tones to accommodate noise and static on overseas telephone lines. Pause Allows you to place a 2.8 second delay in the dialling sequence while you are dialling using the dial pad or while you are storing One Touch and Speed Dial numbers. Press Redial/Pause as many times as needed for longer pauses. Polling The process of a fax machine calling another fax machine to retrieve waiting fax messages. Pulse A form of rotary dialling on a telephone line. Real Time Transmission When memory is full, you can send faxes in real time.
