troubleshooting TROUBLESHOOTING Samsung works hard to ensure that you don't have problems with your new electric range. If you run into unexpected trouble, look first for a solution in the table below. If, after trying the suggested solution, you're still having trouble, call Samsung at 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864). PROBLEM The range is not level. POSSIBLE CAUSE The appliance has been installed improperly. SOLUTION • Place the oven rack in the center of the oven. Place a level on the oven rack.
