English ON-SCREEN MENU OPERATION (CONTINUED) MPAA OPERATION MPAA- Decides which kind of classified movie rating signal can be viewed. 1 Press the MENU button and then use the CURSOR ◄ and ► buttons to highlight PARENT. Press the OK button. 2 Enter your password. If the password is correct, it will automatically return to the PARENT menu. If the password is wrong, you can enter the password again or press MENU button to return to the PARENT menu. 3 Use the CURSOR ▲ and ▼ buttons to highlight V-Chip Adjust. Press the OK button. 4 Use the CURSOR ▲ and ▼ buttons to highlight MPAA for movie Rating. Press the OK button. 5 Use the CURSOR ▲ and ▼ buttons to select the setting you want to adjust and press the OK button. (A yellow lock will appear in the squared region). V-Chip Adjust OPERATION ADVANCED- For V-chip Regional Rating5(RRT5). An advanced V-Chip ratings system for digital channels that are received with an antenna. When the HDTV detects compatible RRT5 data, it is downloaded and stored in memory and the menu is modified to include advanced adjustment option. 1 Press the MENU button and then use the CURSOR ◄ and ► buttons to highlight PARENT. Press the OK button. 2 Enter your password. If the password is correct, it will automatically return to PARENT menu. If the password is wrong, you can enter password again or press the MENU button to return to the PARENT menu. 3 Use the CURSOR ▲ and ▼ buttons to highlight V-Chip Adjust. Press the OK button. 4 Use the CURSOR ► buttonto highlight ADVANCED. 5 Use the CURSOR ▲ and ▼ buttons to select the option you want to adjust. Press the OK button. (Dim0,Dim1,Dim2 or Dim3) 6 Use the CURSOR ▲ and ▼ buttons to select the option you want to adjust. Press the OK button. Then the option you selected will be locked. (A yellow lock will appear in the squared region). NOTE : If current program stream is without RRT5 data, this function will be grayed out. This function is only effective for digital channels including RRT5 data. 18
