Problem There is no sound. Connecting to a TV Image editing The edge of the image is cut off. You cannot edit or rotate an image. The camera is set in the docking station but the installed battery is not being recharged. Charging Cause The playback volume setting on the camera is too low. This is a characteristic of the TV. The protect mode is set. The AC adaptor is not connected to the docking station. The camera is not correctly connected to the docking station. The camera is in the shooting mode. Action Adjust the playback volume. Not a malfunction. Cancel the protect mode. Check that the power cord of the AC adaptor is connected correctly. When inserting the camera in the docking station, push down on it to make sure that the connection between the camera and the docking station is secure. Set the camera to the playback mode or turn the camera off. Alternatively, press the docking station's operation mode button [ ] to light the CHARGE indicator.
