TROUBLESHOOTING Misc. Problem Cause The "No card" message appears. The "Image is protected" message appears and the data cannot be erased. The audio guide does not sound. The recording capacity is less than that indicated in the section "Possible No. of Images/ Possible Shooting Time/ Possible Recording Time". No card is inserted. You have attempted to erase data that is protected from accidental erasure. The audio guide setting is set to "OFF". The recording capacity is less than the value specified for the card. Action Turn off the power and insert a card. Set the protect setting for the data to UNLOCK. Set the audio guide setting to "ON".
