CHAPTER 3. OP X/Z, X1/Z1,X2/Z2 MODE The following categories of reports can be printed by the ECR. OP X/Z reports: These reports are taken by operators in order to report their own sales data. XI/Z1 reports: These reports are taken by the supervisor or manager in order to check and report daily sales totals at that point. X2/Z2 reports: These reports are taken by the owner or manager in order to check and report periodic (weekly or monthly) totals. REPORT NAME GENERAL UPC (All) (Pick up) UPC BY DEPT. UPC ZERO SALES (All) (By DEPT.) DEPT./GROUP IND. GROUP GROUP TOTAL PLU BY RANGE PLU BY DEPT. PLU ZERO SALES (All) (By DEPT.) PLU PRICE CATEGORY TRANSACTION CID ALL CASHIER IND. CASHIER HOURLY (All) (Range) DAILY NET PBLU PBLU BY CASHIER STACKED REPORT DEPT. SALES (Frash-read) CID (Frash-read) DAILY MET SALES (Frash-read) NON-ACCESSED UPC DELETE OF NON-ACCESSED UPC OP X/Z X Z X1/Z1 X1 Z1 (*) At this operation, the non-accessed UPCs data are printed and deleted. To stop the printing reports: The printing of all reports can be stopped by the following operation. Set the mode switch to "MGR" to cancel. Note) When the printing is stopped, the consecutive number or Z counter doesn't return to the original value.
