MANUAL OPERATION 3. 4. 5 Special Convection Settings Your oven has pre-programmed settings which are ideal for special baking. All that is necessary is to enter cooking time. Use them as indicated to ensure baking success. • Suppose you want to bake a cake for 20 minutes. PROCEDURE DISPLAY CONVEC 1 Touch Convec pad. PREHEAT 350F COOK HELP When the oven reaches the temperature, a signal will sound 4 times*. The oven will stop, and directions will be displayed. Follow the indicated message. START 5 TOUCH ON Touch Start/ Touch On pad. 20.00 BAKE COOK HELP * If the oven door is not opened, the oven will automatically hold at the preheat temperature for 30 minutes. After this time has elapsed, an audible signal will sound, and the oven will turn off. NOTE: Should additional time be needed on the special convection settings, simply enter the additional time and touch Start/Touch On. This step must be done within 2 minutes of the original cycle end and before touching Stop/Clear. CONVEC CHART SETTING OPTIONS 1. With preheat Any temperature listed on number pads: 100, 150, 275, 300, 325, 350, 375, 400, 425 or 450°F. 2. Without preheat Same as above 3. Cakes None 4. Angel food cake 5. Yeast bread None None USED FOR Most baking for items requiring preheat. Baking when no preheating is acceptable. Special setting for baking cakes--especially good for bundt and tube cakes.
