Calling Diverting calls If you cannot answer incoming calls, you can divert them to another number, for example, your answering service. When the Restrict calls function is activated, some Divert calls options are not available. You can choose between the following divert options: • Divert always - divert all calls. • When busy - divert calls if you are already on the phone. • Not reachable - divert calls if your phone is turned off or if you are unreachable. • No reply - divert calls that you do not answer within a specified time limit. To activate a call divert 1 } Settings } the Calls tab } Divert calls. 2 Select a call type and then one of the divert options } Activate. 3 Enter the phone number to which you want your calls to be diverted, or press Look up to find the contact } OK. To deactivate a call divert Scroll to the divert option } Deactivate. To check all divert options } Settings } the Calls tab } Divert calls } Check all. More than one call You can handle more than one call simultaneously. Call waiting service When the service is activated, you hear a beep if you receive a second call. To activate or deactivate the call waiting service } Settings } the Calls tab } Manage calls } Call waiting.
